Full set of six (6) Loaf Lifters for the MyForno bread oven and smaller home ovens. These are 16.5" deep (Front to back).

Fits in MyForno. Are you open-baking in a home oven? The Loaf Lifters will also work on a baking steel or stone as long as your oven is more than 16.5 inches deep! 

Want to bake at higher temps without sacrificing oven spring to avoid burnt bottoms? Try the Loaf Lifters. We run our deck ovens at 250°C for 13-16 minutes with steam, followed by 20 minutes without steam, to achieve perfect loaves and bottoms every time.

When you release steam, slide the loaf lifters under for the remainder of the bake.
